"Wife and I had an amazing stay there. The host, Danilo, was so nice, responsive and helpful. His home was beautiful with amazing views of the lake and mountain, and the bedroom was very comfortable with blackout shutters and usb-c charging. One of our best stays in Italy, we wished we had stayed more nights! "

"They say Lierna is for travelers not tourists how true! From the very beginning we loved B&B in Maria villa! The home itself is a beautiful, stately manor. we were treated extremely well. We loved our room which looks over the lake especially the huge wooden sliding door that lets air in, but keep out bugs and sun sometimes when you don’t want it. "So we just finished our stay today 10-05-23. We stayed for several days. If you are apprehensive of a trip to Italy or a stay at B and B lake como put your fears away and book a stay! Very very clean and very modern! Way nicer than most places I have stayed in the USA. On a scale of 1 to 10 I vote a 10 plus!"

"The hotel view was amazing, probably one of the best in Lecco. The rooms were clean and AC was good. However, there was a lot of rules we didn’t know about, for example we weren’t able to use any glasses or things from the kitchen, and the pool was only open between 10-12 and 16-20. Also, the hotel was very far up and the bus didn’t go that often, so the hotel is probably more suitable if you have a car."

"We stayed there between May 30th and June 2nd. It's a Beautiful older home and Maria made a fantastic breakfast. The television wasn't working but that's fine with me I don't speak Italian. The internet worked well and the bed was comfortable. I'm looking forward to returning."

"밀라노에서 정말 잘 쉬었다갑니다. 레지덴사 호텔은 메트로역까지 걸어서 6분, 번화가에서 살짝 벗어난 중동, 남미계 인구가 많은 동네인지 아시안마트가 몆개 있네요. 차로 이동하다보니 일방통행으로 인해 찾기가 쉽진않았고 또 주차 여부를 확인하고 예약했는데 호텔내가 아니라 이동해서 주차해야하는 점이 젤 번거로웠습니다. 그거 빼고는 8일동안 이탈리아에서 묵은 숙소 중 단연 1등, 아파트먼트여서 그런지 시설, 청결, 세탁시설 등 편의성까지 완벽하게 갖춰 정말 피로감을 싹 날려보내는 시간을 가졌습니다"
