"The moment my family entered this home we said "Wow!" as we looked down the wide, long hall with high ceiling. This large home is impressively beautiful and meticulously decorated. We loved the spacious bedrooms and walk-in closets. Every bathroom was thoughtfully stocked with an assortment of toiletry items. The beds were comfortable in each room. The master-bedroom and bath were a beautiful page out of "Better Homes And Gardens". The king-sized bed accommodated my son-in-law's 6'5"...

"This was a great stay! Very convenient to Round Top and other sites in the area but in a remote and charming farmland setting. Our hosts were extremely accommodating. One of us left a cell phone on the property that was discovered after we had checked out, and they drove 15-20 miles to bring it to us. Just wonderful."

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great for kids and families with lots of areas to explore and activities. We used the pool, lazy river, road bikes, walked the trails along the river, star gazing with telescopes they sent up one night, family movie on the lawn, and made smores at the fire pit. The staff was friendly, everyone from valet, bell hop, check-in and restaurant service. The only challenge was getting dinner reservations with a large group as the resort was very busy the weekend we went (we got reservations weeks before we arrived). Fortunately, we were able to eat at the steakhouse, which was very good. We had the ribeye and tomahawk steaks and they were prepared perfectly. We also had the breakfast buffet and breakfast from the coffee and ice cream shop, both were very good. Very pleased with all the food on site. This was a perfect weekend getaway and the kids loved it too. Next time we'll try some fishing at the pond and the golf course."
