"Great location and a comfortable room. WiFi was useless so I had to use my phone hotspot. Some rather entitled guests were irritating. Probably not a first choice for my next stay in Leeds"
"Beautiful old building but the reception area smelt very strongly of fried fish when we arrived as did the bar ( although the rest of the hotel smelt beautiful ) Only 1 receptionist on duty when we arrived and as he was dealing with a telephone query we had to wait quite some time to be booked into our room . We asked for a quiet room and were put on the 4th floor where there were windows to 2 walls - one could hear people’s conversations in the street and they were not speaking loudly . Old...
"We stayed overnight at Novotel. The hotel was in a good location, close to the station and city centre. The hotel was clean, the room was lovely- loved the decor and the bath tub. Staff were helpful. Will stay there again if ever I travel to Leeds again."
"We arrived at the check in desk to be told we only had 1 room when I had booked 4. My booking confirmation said 4 but the girl behind the till was telling me I hadn't even when she had taken my phone. We were told to come back, we did and still to be told the same thing. There's no booking. We then came back after our reservation and the 2 gentlemen on the desk were very helpful and brought our booking up straight away"
"I loved the property. It was probably more space than I needed, but great to have a kitchen. Also it was very convenient to the train station and the city center. It was quiet and very comfortable bed."
