"My daughter and I stayed at Landdown resort for 2 nights. We used the pools and ate in 2 of the restaurants. Coton and Rye was hit and miss. Our first meal was great, but the second dinner was not. To be fair, tbe resrt did comp my meal and I was grateful. The pools were adequate, but could do with some upgrading."

"The building's air conditioning system was out of service due to damage, yet we were not informed of this serious issue before or during check-in. We stayed in a corner room on the top floor on July 3 and 4, and the lack of air conditioning made the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. Had we been informed in advance, we could have made alternative arrangements. It was very disappointing that the hotel failed to communicate such a significant issue to its guests."

"The hotel offered an OK experience in terms of what was offered. I booked last-minute on 4th of July weekend and was told that the only available rooms were on the first floor. The bed and bathroom were clean but the carpet smelled like it could use a deep clean or replacement altogether. I definitely wore my slippers AT ALL TIMES while inside.
