"Clean"

"I was very disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, the walls had visible mildew, and several of the towels provided appeared unclean. When we requested clean bedding and covers, staff were unwilling to accommodate our request. Additionally, we were asked to leave the pool area earlier than expected because a convention was scheduled to arrive, despite being paying guests of the property. This made us feel unwelcome and...

"Newly renovated"

"It is showing signs of age, and there are some maintenance issues. The sink in our room was cracked, the furniture is showing wear. It seems to me that it is ready for a remodel. I have stayed there several years and I’ve been very happy with the staff and the hotel. But again has maintenance issues.and ware."

"The room was very clean, staff were extremely nice and the breakfast area was clean. The breakfast they served was good."

"Room was clean; AC, TV, and shower worked great and the bed was comfortable. Coffee was fresh and hot in the morning, however, "breakfast" consisted of 2 types of dry cereal, a few slices of white bread (and a toaster) and an open jar of peanut butter. Fortunately, we had gotten donuts on the boardwalk the day before; there's also a Wawa just down the road. Big, nice-looking pool, but we didn't have time to check it out. Overall, nice room for a very reasonable price."

"I was wrongly charged almost $800 on my account thankful I saw it because when I called they couldn’t tell what it was from or why. They charged me a no show as well because they put the wrong dates in for my stay. It’s a bit expensive as well for what it’s I guess it’s the location. We won’t be staying here again just because of all of the hassle and charges on my account"

"Liked the place , convenient for travelers"

"The stay was actually quite nice. The area is not the nicest but this hotel was probably the diamond in the rough. The rooms are clean. Linens were fresh. It was actually very nice. The only two complaints that I have were 1: no matter what you set the thermostat at it stayed at 71 and 2: there was a panhandler at 11 o’clock at night one night with a different sob story for everybody he walked up to. Again, other than that great stay. If I’m ever in the area, I will likely definitely stay here...

"Monique at the front desk is a dream. My mom and I did a mother/daughter trip and it was wonderful. Beautiful room and bath and the restaurant and bars were great. Perfect location right in town"

"The rooms are spacious and clean. If you are not on the third level you can hear every step upstairs. Was noisy and unpleasant especially when you are trying to sleep and there is noise from upstairs. But overall we enjoyed our stay."
