The Room was clean and comfortable, although I kept banging my head on some odd shelves in the bathroom near the bath/shower. The Spa room downstairs was fantastic. The staff were great.

Beautiful hotel, a real asset when visiting Bielefeld. Gorgeous combination of heritage and future hospitality. Enjoyed the location, the modern lobby spaces, quick check-in, uncomplicated yet again memorable, maybe a welcome beverage in the lobby would be nice just to top the luxurious premium experience ...
