"this past week was our second time staying at Zota. First trip last year was ok but this trip, not so much. The staff here wasn't very pleasant and the hose keepers missed cleaning our room 3 days out of the 7 we stayed there. coffee runs out in the morning and 4 days I notified the staff asking to bring more. idk I feel like resort staff should keep an eye on stuff like coffee in the morning?? decent bang for your buck if your looking to get out on the island but don't except too much from...

"The price of legacy is a resort price. but there is not enough pool chairs, they didn't light the firepits last night because the propane was out, the towels in the room are very thin and cheap. the restaurant is nice and convenient but closes at 10pm. and the hotel is isolated on the IMG campus, so you couldn't close the restaurant so early. they have a captive audience of teams coming to play in tournaments. but the hotel really should be so much nicer for the price"

"Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with "

"Destiny from the front desk is amazing! Only complaint is the amount of fragrance that hits you when you walk in and the rooms are not quite at all. You can hear stopping all night from the floor above. Beds are comfy."

"This is an older property that has undergone renovations that generally are good. The room was exactly as pictured on the web site and very clean and comfortable, had plenty of towels, and despite being close to the airport, it was quiet enough for undisturbed sleep. A suggestion: install a cabinet to enclose the unit refrigerator and microwave as the refrigerator wobbled when opening the door. The other appliance, assuming it was a dehumidifier did work well as their was no musty smell at all,...
