"The air conditioning absolutely does not work, but getting to the bottom of this is like John Cleese in Monty Python's cheese shop sketch getting the cheese vendor to admit, finally, that there is not a single morsel of cheese in the shop. They are simply lying, and hoping you are enough of a dolt to believe it. Also, there are periodic barracks inspections... er, I mean housekeeping services. If, like me, you are a clean and quiet sort who prefers not to be disturbed, you can decline once or...

"It was good. Very helpful staff."

"Its good"

"This listing is completely misleading. They claimed there was a washer in the apartment, but that was a lie. Instead, there were three washers in the hallway and all of them were broken. The apartment itself had a horrible odor, the furniture was extremely cheap, and it felt very unpleasant to stay in. The key pickup process was also a hassle, requiring me to go to another location just to collect the keys. Overall, a very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this place. "

"I would not recommend this apartment. When I checked in, I immediately noticed there were roaches everywhere. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. Cleanliness and pest control should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this place failed completely. Save yourself the stress and avoid this...

"Considering the apartments are in the midst of an ongoing war, it is impressive to see how the gated community has adapted to enforce curfew, have excellent facilities, restaurants and playgrounds on site. Great apartment, excellent shower, TV, comfy bed, washing machine, kettle all you need! "

"Great location spacious appartment with all the amenities. Good working shower and kitchen. "

"Not fully renovated apartment in an old soviet-style building. Bathroom not at current minimum standards (soviet style): old and dirty bathroom, one single tap common to bathtub snd sink, shower curtain too short. Kitchen ok. Sewage smell all over the apartment. No international TV channel in EN or FR. Common stairs very dirty and sometimes broken. Concierge half polite. 24 h availability not available as advertised on Hotels.com. "

"Mi hanno fatto aspettare le chiavi 30 min , poi ho chiamato, mi hanno detto che devo prendere un taxi e andare da loro per ritirare le chiavi. C'erano 2 micro cuscini, quando ho chiesto altri hanno rifiutato."
