"We decided to book while driving from about 200 miles away(within 2 hrs. And found a (SUITE( cheaper than the motel room) that we booked 1 week before. One of the nicest rooms we ever had. Would like to see Hotels .com work better with other places though. People if you can go with extended stay suites on your travels,is highly recommended."

"Room service was not on demand, had to be scheduled a day in advance. Water had to be refilled by going down to floor 1. A general sense of hostility from the reception desk prevailed throughout the stay. More like a motel experience than a hotel."

"The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, highway noise was minimal (except when someone would use the on-ramp as their personal drag strip) and breakfast was good. Only problem was the TV didn’t work, maybe a broken outlet as the lamp plugged into the same one also didn’t work. Didn’t bother calling the desk as we were settled in after a long day driving and didn’t want bother changing rooms or having someone in our room. "
