"Amazing staff and beautiful property."

"Unfortunately had a terrible one night stay at the hotel. Despite air conditioning being a listed amenity on Expedia, the AC control was locked and not available to use. My husband and I woke around midnight and it was far too warm in the room to sleep. Spoke with a male from reception who advised there was no AC in the whole building (they only allow it in the hot summer months despite it being about 26 degrees in the room). Asked for a portable fan and he said they did not have one and to open the door. He was not pleasant to speak with and ultimately unhelpful. The rooms are absolutely not sound proof and we could hear people from upstairs walking around and moving furniture. The glass door to the patio also lets in a lot of sound and the area has busy traffic. Snacks, drinks and coffee all cost money and the only complimentary items were two small bottles of water. Fridge was unplugged and originally not working. Bathroom was very small. Not worth the money and I would recommend skipping this hotel. "

"The place itself was nice and clean. Close to the airport which was great. We had booked this hotel hoping to get a shuttle to the airport the following morning. However, when we checked in, the guy informed us the shuttle was full. Was disappointed they didn’t have multiple shuttles or more runs to the airport. "

"Last minute they needed at the airport the price was kind of expensive but worth it for the convenience of being right outside of the airport. No transportation required."

"Amazing experience, great resort, beautiful suite with private mini-pool. Multiple swimming pools, main one with heated water, well equipped gym - for a hotel. Huge breakfast buffet selection. The only negative, not too many food options at the hotel restaurants (seafood focused) hence we kept ordering room dining, which was very tasty btw."

"A stay which could have been very comfortable and deserved a high rating was totally ruined by the fact that nobody had checked the keys after the previous guests left and the keybox was empty when i wanted to check in at 8.45pm. The experience was unnerving and stressful as there was no intercom or emergency call button, and nobody present on site. I was left to my own devices in a strange town on my first night in a new country, and unfortunately no wifi connection until I walked around the almost deserted town (dragging my suitcase) and found a couple to help me. By the time i gained entry (to a different room) after 45 minutes, the pizzeria was closing and i was too late to eat. A small but significant lack of attention to detail by the management resulted in a thoroughly unpleasant start to my holiday. I therefore cannot give a higher rating than 2 stars."

"We liked everything! The service and the front desk were great. The breakfast was top on the line: freshness, varieties and taste. Room was clean. Convenient location, - 10 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, half an hour drive to the airport and a bit more to the center of Athens."
