"Really fab property right in the heart of everything! Loved having the little living area, only used it to have coffee in the mornings but was really nice to have seating and kitchen area rather than sitting on the bed having coffee. Lovely bathroom, comfy bed (although pillows not great), really quiet despite being right in the middle of everything. Lovely staff, absolutely would stay again!"

"I will always stay here when visiting Dublin. This is my 2nd stay. The area is relatively poor, but a short walk to plenty of retail and easy walk to main parts of Dublin. Parking is on the street and can be paid by ticket machine or with an app, so it is convenient. 1st floor has a Mexican restaurant that also is a good place to get varied coffees, etc. The rooms have nice work desks, the WiFi is good. "Excellent pace to stay, close to the train station, pubs and bars , room looks modern, clean and fresh, although over the road from a busy bar we slept really well as the new windows blocked out any noise , we did have and issue with room keys on arrival but we sorted it with the help of another guest , we’d definitely stay again ."

"The suite is huge with lots of character in an old building. The kitchen is great with everything you need to prepare meals. There are multiple grocery stores within short walking distance. The area is lovely and walkable, we felt safe being out at night. Be careful when taking a shower as the hot water runs out after 10 minutes.
