"Hotel seemed old and extremely busy. Thankfully, there's a completely automated system for check in and check out, assuming you've prepaid. That said, there seemed to be no air conditioning in the room, and it was pretty hot in there, even with the window open. Made for a pretty uncomfortable night. "I paid for two-2-bedroom premium apartments on the top floor. When my family & I arrived it was blistering hot, no A/C….it was so hot I felt faint. They offered us fans but unfortunately it was not enough. The staff had not opened any windows or clearly checked the rooms in advance to ensure it was bearable. As a result we all had ( 6 of us) a miserable night.
Nothing was offered as a form of compensation and no apologies.
Very very very disappointed. I do not recommend this hotel."
