"My friend and I came into the hotel late and settled in. We immediately noticed the couch was filthy but decided that we just wouldn’t use it since we would be there less than 12 hours. When my friend was in the shower I pulled back the sheets and discovered that there was blood on the sheets and at least one of the pillows. I felt grossed out by this as I didn’t know where else hadn’t been cleaned so I called front desk and requested to switch rooms, they hotel was clearly not fully booked, but...

"Beetles in the bathtub, air conditioner was not very good. Had a huge gap in the door frame. Inconsiderate guests were loud and obnoxious all night, and when I spoke to the lady at the front desk, she acted as if it wasn't important for her to take care of. Although the bed was comfortable, I woke up with bite marks on the back of my head from bugs. I wouldn't recommend staying there and I will not ever stay there again."

"I originally booked a king bed room but it sold out pretty fast so I ended up with a double bed room for the same price. The room was pretty clean accept for the coffee maker and the shower mat. There were a few stray hairs on the bathroom floor. I couldn't use the ice machine because it was filthy. I'm an ice eater so that definitely did not sit well with me. "The staff was very helpful and kind upon arrival Friday evening as we where there for a graduation ceremony Saturday morning. The property has a huge problem with Roaches inside the rooms being used on the property. The rooms where located on the 2 nd floor for my family. Once exiting the elevator you where meet with yellow stains in the hallway carpet for days it appeared like throw up . "This hotel had staff that was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The room was well maintained, quiet and comfortable, I wish the curtains were able to close to block out the morning sun, the breakfast was awesome! The pool and hot tub were great"
