It's illegal to impose mandatory extra conditions after paying. Also, even though the room is paid in full before arrival they add an additional "Reservation Hold" of $150 euro on your Card, and after you leave the say to "contact your bank to cancel it". They Staff are rude and unprofessional DO NOT STAY HERE. The Hotel.com...
