"Old, worn and extremely overpriced."

"Do not book this motel. Our window was broken for the duration of the trip, which was addressed at arrival. We were told maintenance would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Someone ended up climbing in through our window at 7am, which is when we discovered the window didn’t even lock. Police were called and they talked to the staff about getting someone to come and fix the window. Our window was broken for our entire weekend trip. This situation actually took up most of our 4th of July....

"My experience, wasn’t pleasant from the beginning, I booked online and when I checked in they charged a deposit instead of it being on hold. The pool was not available and it did not say it was going to be closed on their website, which was very misleading. Additionally, there was no microwave in the room and guests would have to use the one on the lobby, which is a bit odd. "My toilet didn’t flush the whole time I was there, there was a bug crawling on my pillow and daughter, and there was hair all over the shower. The staff was told about all of this and their response was is nothing can be done. I will never stay here again."
