"Stayed one night for a layover in Phoenix. Convenient airport shuttle. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not eat dinner there but the free happy hour buffet looked really good. Breakfast was very good, lots of options. Nice to have the option for a free dinner and breakfast since there did not seem to any restaurants nearby. "

"Room was really a standard hotel near the airport room. Despite being near airport it was really quiet. The thing that stood out for me was the shower water pressure. 9/10! One of the best showers I have ever had in a hotel. "

"The front desk clerk was fantastic. Courteous, informative, attentive, and AVAILABLE. Never had to "search" for anyone. The room was top-notch in my book! I slept so comfortably. The entire room, bathroom, kitchen was clean and all appliances were in working order. The only issue I had was the lack of parking spaces available. Vehicles with trailers need to have their own section instead of taking up FOUR OR FIVE parking spaces. Which meant I had to park in the gym's parking lot next door which...

"The room we booked was not what we got. We booked a 2 king w/tub and got 1 queen with a sofa sleeper. The room itself was clean upon arrival, but not touched the rest of the stay. The shower was not sealed correctly and leaked through the track and left the mat wet, the cupboard doors on the cabinets had bad hinges and almost fell off.
The front desk person, Olivia was amazing! KUDOS to her throughout the stay. We decided to order at the bar our last night and the person working was working...
