Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Hagerstown
Bed was comfortable, however the pool was cold and I was disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub on the premises. Room was great, but when I used the Bonvoy Marriott app to request more towels and linens, there wasn’t a response. Overall, a comfortable stay!

The woman at the front desk was not friendly didn't even say hi or welcome. This place is big she didn't even recommend the best way to get to our room,I had to ask and her directions were poor.
