"Breakfast menu was freesh and varieties. The bars was well equipped. The staffs greets, were polite and well trained. My Classic suite room was very spacious, clean and well kept. The room service was awesome. I would come back to vintano hotel."

"The management staff at the Atlantic Palms suites is great. They listen and they take action. Fast. I made a mistake and booked this hotel a day earlier than I wanted to, and Expedia said, I was scrwd because it was non refundable. I booked this same hotel again and when I arrived to checkin, I told the manager of my problem, and as by the time I make it to my room, no more problem. The food is GREAT and I usually do not eat from the restaurants at Nigerian hotels, but I was ordering like crazy at the palms. Try the grilled chicken with spaghetti and fried egg - amazing. If course the hooey has a few issues. But nothing major. I'll definitely stay here again. "

"Unfortunately the staff doesn't have good customer service. I requested and paid for 3 rooms together and I was given 3 different rooms with different floors. We were supposed to stay together and they refused to accommodate my request. And the staffs have nonchalant attitudes. Also the rooms doesn't have towel or toilet paper and they were arguing with me about it. Overall we didn't have a good stay."

"The staff at Lilygate are exceptional. I was created by my name as soon as I walked in the door! Nice touch. In addition, I was created with a refreshing cold bottle of water and juice. Ms. Chinyere Kalu, leader at the front desk was a perfect example of providing excellent customer service. She arranged my transportation from the airport to Lilygate, as well as from Lilygate to Ouidah, Benin. If I lived in Lagos, I would hire Ms. Kalu. "Staff was ok, food menu was very limited, windows were left wide open, there was music blasting until 4 am and not allowing us to sleep. We mentioned something about it and nothing was done to address it."
