"Great Spa amenities - pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna."

"We arrived at what was supposed to be a b&b, no breakfast available. The room could have done with a good clean marks all over the walls, toothpaste on bathroom wall. Stairs upto the rooms were not hoovered in the 2 days we were their. Remote for tv was missing and ketle was faulty. Reported this on both days but nothing done. First night we stayed the bar was said to close at 12 midnight but doors were banging and very loud people untill 2am. Would not stay again"

"Travelling as a family we had 3 rooms here, one family room and 2 doubles. 2 of the rooms were amazing with views of St Michael’s mount. The 3rd room was tiny in comparison but cost roughly the same. So mixed views on the rooms, similarly in the restaurant, breakfast was excellent however, fish and chips in the restaurant in the evening and children’s meals were disappointing considering the location and price point."

"I recently stayed at this hotel in St Ives and had a very disappointing experience. The room I was given did not match what was shown in the booking photos at all. It felt misleading and not worth the money. Cleanliness was a major issue — the room was not properly cleaned, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Basic services were also missing, and when I raised these concerns with the staff, there was little to no response or effort to resolve the situation. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and mismatch between the advertised and actual room made this a very negative experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others and strongly suggest future guests be cautious before booking."
