"A well designed hotel - clean, tidy and helpful, friendly staff. For us, a good stop off between leaving the Gilis and taking a flight the following day from Lombok. Nice to be by the beach, but the beach had quite a lot of debris"

"very nice property with good onsite restaurant. "

Some staff were more helpful than others, asked two members of staff for something in restaurant and both said one minute and didn’t come back. Housekeeping were very good, as well as the porter he was very friendly and kind"

"Loved our stay at Sunset House! The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. The bathroom was very large, water pressure and temperature was nice! The swimming pool was great and right by the beach. Beautiful sunset with a view of the volcano on Bali. What stood out the most was the friendly staff! They were extremely accommodating in helping us extend our night and went above and beyond for whatever we needed. We were able to order room service and the food was very tasty and...
