Lovely Lembongan
2br villa with plunge pool was comfortable and clean - beds super comfortable actually. Staff were all lovely, and general vibe is very relaxed. Beach location is great. Breakfast was our biggest letdown with limited options and quality not really up to par.

My 2020 stay
Beautiful accomodations that could use some minor upgrades. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. The only real negative was the Wi-fi. It was spotty, inconsistant and not secured. So if you can't do without your phone, bring a data plan with you.

Nous avions une villa piscine, rien à dire. Propre, grande et superbe salle de bain, par contre très petite terrasse avec seulement un fauteuil, deux seraient les bienvenus. La restauration très moyenne, de plus le mobilier est sale surtout les chaises. Note positive pour le gouter de l'après-midi. Nous avons eu un soucis à l'arrivée car la réceptionniste voulait nous faire payer le lit supplémentaire de notre petit fils alors qu'il était bien noté dans notre réservation gratuit, il a fallu parlementer un moment, mais cela c'est arrangé et du coup l'hôtel nous a offert les petits déjeuners pour lui car ça non plus ce n'était pas compris pour lui. Mis à part cela, superbe petite île à faire surtout en scooter.

Waited over an hour for our room, after check in time. Waited in bar and was ignored. was told for 2 days no pool towels, and alot of other people had the same problem with towels.staff just laughed at us. Air-conditioning broke, finally after fixing it twice they upgraded us to a pool villa which was the only good thing about this hotel stay

Perfekt boende!
6 nätter (Grand Premiere Villa) och är supernöjda, då fick vi privat pool och en soffgrupp att slappna av i. Personalen är jättetrevlig och kan bistå med det mesta, de fixade moped till en billig peng samt skjuts till Yellow Bridge då transferbåtarna från denna strand (Jungut Batu) inte gick på lördagar. Stranden är helt okej att ta ett dopp i trots att det ligger några båtar där och det finns bra utbud vad gäller mat både på hotellet, stranden och huvudgatan. Kanonbra frukost på hotellet även! Väldigt lite folk även när vi var där (i mitten av november) vilket vi verkligen uppskattade. Kan och kommer skarpt rekommendera detta boende till alla som ska besöka Nusa Lembongan. Enda grejen var att vår air condition krånglade lite och inte gav maximalt med kyla vilket gjorde att det aldrig kändes supersvalt, men funkade att sova i.

Best place to stay on Lembongan, despite only being four star. Staff and locals are all so nice. The island is so much better than being on the mainland. Way less people, traffic etc. $10aud a day for a moped! See the rest of the island. Buy a drink and use the facilities at other resorts. Beach a little rough under foot, but pools' are so good you don't want to leave. Mushroom Bay better underfoot but too many boats crowd a small bay. Massages are at least half the price of Australia.

Unser Aufenthalt im Lembongan Beachclub Resort war ausgezeichnet. Der Pool ist wunderschön, alles ist sauber und gepflegt, das Personal ist extrem bemüht und das Frühstücksbuffet war das beste, das wir Hier in Indonesien hatten. Von 15-18 Uhr gab es zudem immer nachmittags Tee mit Kuchen, Frühlingsrollen oder Obst. In dem Hotel kann man sich richtig gut entspannen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass der große Pool auch für externe zugänglich ist. Es ist der beste Pool an den Strandabschnitt. Da wir aber in der Nebensaison im Oktober auf Nusa Lembongan waren, haben wir immer ohne Probleme zu jeder Tageszeit eine Liege bekommen. Und oft konnte man ganz alleine im Pool schwimmen.

Wonderful place!
We stayed with our 2 young children in a 2 bed pool villa and were really impressed. Huge rooms, pool was lovely and the kids loved the main pool overlooking the beach. Breakfast was delicious, location was spot on. We loved our stay!

Bel hôtel et très belle villa avec piscine privée. Le cadre du jardin jardin tropical est très agréable. Les villas sont très jolies mais un petit entretien supplémentaire pourrait être effectué (exemple une lampe d’éclairage de notre piscine était HS - chambre 402) - ce sont des détails, pas gênant à notre niveau, mais qui peuvent faire la différence pour le standing de l’hotel. Le personnel est en revanche très gentil est très serviable. Côté cuisine le petit déjeuner et normal et la restauration de journée également. Restaurant de plage agréable en journée mais si vous souhaitez un cadre plus romantique en soirée d’autres restaurants le long de la plage seront plus à même de satisfaire vos attentes.

De opzet van het resort was erg leuk met verschillende huisjes welke allemaal schoon waren. In ons huisje werkte de airconditioning niet naar behoren waardoor de kamer niet koel genoeg werd. Daarnaast drupte de airco regelmatig op ons hoofdkussen. Dit hebben wij 2 maal aangegeven bij de receptie maar hier hebben ze nooit iets mee gedaan. De kwaliteit van het personeel in het restaurant en zwembad liet zwaar te wensen over. Ze waren erg passief, zowel tijdens het ontbijt als ook gedurende de dag. De beste service kwam van de trainee die ons met een glimlach benaderde. Bij het zwembad moest je zelf het initiatief nemen om wat te eten of drinken te bestellen. Nu houdt ik er niet van dat ze de hele dag zeuren of je wat wilt eten of drinken, maar hier moest je echt naar het personeel in het restaurant lopen om iets te kunnen bestellen. Tijdens ons verblijf werd het resort bezocht daar een VIP uit Bali. Dit was het enige moment dat er wel (enige) service werd gegeven rondom het zwembad. Kwaliteit van het ontbijt viel erg tegen. Alles was er wel maar het was allemaal net niet. Zoete broodjes waren (meestal) niet vers, borden waren niet allemaal even schoon, het was erg rommelig. De gehele dag was er bij het zwembad een tekort aan handdoeken. Gym was aanwezig maar de apparaten die er waren, waren erg oud, er lagen geen schone handdoekjes, er was geen mogelijkheid om de apparaten schoon te maken na het sporten en er was geen water beschikbaar in te ruimte. Booked a pool villa, but when we arrived we were told that we had been downgraded for the first night. They put us in a tiny room above the reception area overlooking the Main Street. It was incredibly noisy resulting in a sleepless night. Not what we expected at all. As compensation, the resort manager gave us a free snorkelling trip, but this didn't make up for the very unpleasant start to our stay. The quality of the breakfast wasn't great and the beach area was a bit messy, but overall the resort was quite nice for a relaxed island break.
