"The hotel was very tired and felt unclean. The river bar downstairs would not serve a cocktail at 10.45pm and closed at 11.15pm we were made to feel very unwelcome. The only food on the room service menu was pizza and panini's. For a 4 star hotel I thought the whole experience was very underwhelming ..."

"Firstly, check in was great. Friendly, efficient and helpful. Unfortunately that was the only good point! Service in the bar area was a joke, borderline embarrassing. Slack service, with (teenage) staff more interested on being on their phones ( can be seen in cellar area). Simple requests ignored ..."
