"No hubo servicio de nada, vimos al recepcionista el día que llegamos y nada más. No hubo ningún intento de contacto, me acerqué a preguntar si tenían servicio en el restaurante y dijeron que sí pero no había nadie, luego pregunté si tenían una marca de whisky para tomar al lado del jacuzzi y nunca más supe de ellos me tuve que acercar a la recepción para que me hicieran señal con la mano de que no había. Servicio nulo! No cambiaron la sábanas nunca, no hubo ningún gesto de nada en la habitación....

"The staff, Brenda was incredibly helpful. The cabin was great for our family and my 5 yr old son enjoyed exploring the property. Very clean and had the best outdoor space with a firepit. The continental breakfast was a perfect start to our day. I highly recommend this hotel, it was also centrally located to the best places to eat and drink wine!"

"Hotel is a nice place to stay if you have a car to move around in, or you can use Uber. I've stayed at this hotel in the past, this time around the towels were old and had holes in them, other than that everything was great. expect to pay a 500 pesos deposit for the remote controls, which will be refunded at check out, the front desk staff are very friendly. "We observed that the door was ajar and the bathroom facilities were not adequately maintained. Our group experienced delays, and instead of being accommodated together, we were separated. Furthermore, parking presented a challenge, particularly for vehicles with trailers. We were also disappointed to find Nescafe cups in the room without accompanying sugar, creamer, spoons, or straws. However, the most significant concern was the saline quality of the water."

"We celebrated our anniversary in Valle and our stay at Mexico en la Piel was the best choice we could’ve made. The hotel is very well located, close to everything, secluded and away from the highway noise. We had breakfast at the restaurant of the hotel and everything was delicious. We even had their dog Totopo follow us around the whole time, even on our morning walk (yes, there is a small trail that gets to a uphill lookout). We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to spend a few...

"The hotel is down a dirt road about 10 minutes from the main road, so an SUV or pick up is recommended but not needed. It was a peaceful and quiet. The room was small but we did not feel restricted in any way. Definitely one of my favorite stays so far here in Valle."
