"Had a room on the second floor, note to seniors: no elevator. Given two keys to room, one did not work. Very dated but clean."

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom needs to be renovated and was very small. Staff were great and very friendly. Pool is large and clean, no strong chlorine smells. Unfortunately hot tub was being cleaned I couldn't use it but the sauna was lovely. The restaurant at the hotel was not good, we did not enjoy any of the items ordered, so we did not go back for breakfast."

"It was nice and cosy, lovely property, exactly what we wanted. The mattresses were very comfortable, which surprised me! And they are well located, so you are near everything in Cavendish. We would recommend this place to anyone! They even left us homemade cookies before leaving."

"I stayed three nights here while in Cavendish to attend a wedding. The location is really good, but the property is very tired. It needs a lot of work but from what I saw, work did seem to be happening on some rooms. My room was dated and musty. Housekeeping attended my room while I was out on the third day, which was nice to have them spruce it up. They also knocked to offer the second day, but I was getting ready and declined. Each day a different and delicious home cooked breakfast (a Surprise) served beautifully with fruit and tea/coffee + pastry’s & more. Such a kind woman, who made leaving very difficult we would have stayed forever. So very accommodating to us having a baby with us"
