"All good At check-in Meg was awesome! Extremely helpful. We had to change rooms because the room was noisy from the interstate truck traffic noise and she immediately switched us to another room. Only thing bad was the pool was absolutely filthy dirty! Algae growth all over sides of pool, water cloudy, and bottom needed vacuuming really bad! Neither one of us would ever have gotten in that water! We chose it specifically for the pool as where it is situated on property it gets sun most of day, and we knew it was going to be hot and had lots of free time both days!!!??? Very very disappointed because of that."

"Was a very nice room. Very spacious and clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Minimal but good. Our door handle didnt work well at all if my husband wasnt w me i would bot have been able to open it, so we informed morning staff and they apparently didnt like we interrupted their conversation didnt care we were telling them about an issue. "

"Room was clean. Beds were too soft and sunk in when we laid on them to sleep. Breakfast choices were pretty good. This is the second Hampton Inn in a row we have stayed at who no longer uses the Nice. SOFT and fluffy comforter on the beds. Whomever thinks using mattress pads for blankets is going to drive myself and others away from booking Hampton!!!"

"The front desk employee was very friendly. The rooms are very small and dated but appear to be fairly clean. The rooms are not well insulated and you can hear everything outside of your room very clearly. There was a giant cockroach walking on the carpet near the elevator, which is a major dealbreaker for me. "
