They have one area for improvement: no wine glasses, no tea and no coffee in the room. Another problem is that I suspect their Wi-Fi is hacked. When I first made the reservation and communicated with them in March. I received a scammer message pretending the property asking me to provide identification information. "The facility was lovely and it's proximity to the Salt Museum ideal. However, I have never been in a hotel room where we could not regulate the temperature before. Apparently, there is a master control and we froze all night. Opening the window to warm up was not an option because of insects, so there was no way to regulate the temperature. Also, the 10 am check out is a bit premature given the isolation -- 11 would be better. The breakfast was excellent. "

"Rooms were tastefully decorated, well-appointed and quite spacious. Very close to a public beach which isn't overly crowed (June), also very convenient for walking into the main city restaurant area. Didn't try the hotel dining options, though they looked superb - just didn't have the time available. Overall, a very comfortable and attractive place to stay while enjoying Trapani's highlights. "The place was cute and all worked well. Most of all, I arrived there to realize I had booked the wrong night (the one before). I was basically a no show for my actual booking. But they were so so kind and really tried all they could to honor my booking. Because the hotel was full they ultimately put us in a bigger room and we had to pay a 50$ difference but hey, they could have kindly ask for the price of the full night again! Really appreciated them not doing so. Thanks"
