"While the space is clean, the bed was nice, and the rooms are different from every other hotel you’ll stay in, we did have negative as well. The tv in our room did not work. The fridge barely kept our drinks cold, every door in this hotel has to be literally shoved open, and they give you a maximum of 4 wristbands per room for swimming."

"I had an absolutely awful experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, and to my horror, I spotted multiple cockroaches crawling on the floor. The staff was unhelpful, and the entire place felt unsafe. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it."

"Breakfast needs more"

"I understand that this place was inexpensive , but it was nasty. It smelled bad and we got eaten up by bedbugs. We had to mop the floor ourselves. The bathroom smelled like sewage. We had to ask them to wash the blanket it smelled musty like human must. Worst place I have ever stayed and I was a flight attendant!"

"We have stayed here a few times when we visit my daughter who lives nearby. We usually have an amazing visit but this time we were disappointed that the hot tub was under construction and our room was on the other side of the electrical room so we did not sleep well due to the loud noises throughout the night. The upside is that we LOVE the ladies at the Bistro and they made our stay fabulous despite the hot tub issue. Most likely we will be staying elsewhere next time."
