Khách sạn Lequio Berria

"Booked two rooms through the app. Arrived after a long drive through the mountains, only to be told our reservation had been cancelled — no call, no email, no warning. The explanation was a "system error" that apparently left them unaware they had no rooms. They moved us to another hotel. Calling it a downgrade is generous — the room felt more like a hospital ward than a hotel, closer to a cell than anything we had paid for. If you cancel a confirmed booking on guests standing in your lobby at...

"Very nice place!! Excelent!!"

"Beautiful location, though one need a car to get around though. Swimming pool was very nice, and rooms were a good size, some with come with balconies. Air conditioning was working very well. We had dinner one of the nights, which was absolutely special, excellent food and an amazing wine list with beautiful views over the Barolo vineyards. Welcome was a bit underwhelming and service was a bit slow but the food made up for it. Breakfast service was simple but more than sufficient to start...

"Super nice hotel, very friendly staff & good breakfast buffet!"

"Excelente lugar para pasar tiempo"

"Stunning Villa with everything within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and really beautiful. Loved the blackout blinds as well. Laundry is available for use which was great for us after four weeks of traveling. Special mention to Andra who went above and beyond for us really appreciate everything she did. Only area for improvement would be breakfast, could be a bit less clunky with the ordering system etc and our order was always a bit wrong. Quality of the food was really good...

"The hotel is lovely and centrally located, which made it convenient to walk up into and around town. The pool was cold, the view stunning. I was going to stay two nights but changed my mind by the time evening arrived. After getting out of the shower (in my room), I realized the drain was not working and my room had flooded! The shower did not have a lip, it was level with the floor of the building. I called reception. They sent someone to clean up. When the custodial staff arrived, she asked...

"Excellent"

"Technisch hoch ausgestattetes Hotel. Super sauber und sehr gute Lage mitten in der Altstadt."

"This was an amazing experience, Rafaela is the best host!"

"Schönes kleines und komfortables Hotel."

"Incredible location with its own private pool overlooking the vineyards. Lovely staff who couldn’t do more to help. Town is 15 mins walk away and a steep walk back but the hotel does offer a ride back… def worth a visit!"
