"The staff here was friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable about the resort. The rooms are small so many guests enjoy hanging out in the lounge area where there is a TV, games for kids, and food/beverage service. I would stay here again."

Shoutout to everyone in the front desk because they do an amazing job and every goes above and beyond. I will definitely come back. My only constructive feedback is that I would like the pillows to be better, and the coffee to be from an espresso machine instead of the automatic machine. "The staff, the buffet food, the spa, free parking were excellent . Location was great if you are looking for a quieter place. There are a couple of restaurants close by to walk to but that would've the only drawback - not much else to really do in an evening outside of the hotel without getting the shuttle to Méribel. Ski in and out fabulous. Would definitely go again- just to able to use the sauna and heated inside pool! Rooms are good, nothing super fancy. There was also a ski locker and boot room . If I had only one negative thing to say it is that the outside jacuzzi was not really hot, like the inside one ( vey chlorinated)- but literally that's it!!"

"Staff was not very friendly or willing to make up for a room that was not what was advertised. I stayed 4 nights; I guess housekeeping doesn't exist there? I went to the front desk to ask for soap. The layout of the facility is absolutely impossible to navigate. It is a true labyrinth with long, narrow hallways that are insufficiently labeled and there were so many unnecessary doors. I got lost each time I left the room. Getting to and from the garage is even more impossible. On a positive note, it is a short walk to a slope that gives access to the mountain base. "

"We had the best stay at Le Savoy! The hotel had a very relaxed, fun vibe. I can't say enough about the staff. Top notch! Super helpful and friendly. The location in the center in town was convenient. The 20% off discount (for hotel guests) at the Sport Boutique (ski equipment rental) was appreciated. Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the hotel bar was the perfect place for a hang out either apres ski or at night. My family definitely plans on coming back!
