Negatives; on 2 separate occasions we came back at the end of the day to find our room door left open. Tiniest lift which barely fits 2 people. Tea tray never refilled. 2 single beds pushed together meant 1 of us kept getting trapped in the middle.Room smelled of smoke...

"We had a wonderful two night stay here at Crisol Promenade. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean, the bathroom had large fluffy towels. We were on the 7th floor and had a large beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, where we had breakfast and snacks. The location of the hotel is excellent, with the sea only about 50m walk. The hotel offers complimentary noodles and beach umbrella to borrow. Bring water shoes because the beach is rocky."
