"The room was exceptionally clean with nice beddings and furniture, which was a pleasant surprise considering the low price. The only minor issue was the area around it. There's a lot of construction and development around the area, which I'm sure will look great in a few years. It is only a few minutes walk to the river which is a very nice area, and about a 25 minute walk to the town centre. For its price it's a great place to stay. "

"Marius provided an outstanding check-in experience, explaining not only what the hotel offers but his opinion of the initial “must see” sights within walking distance. Also the restaurant manager was superb at explaining gluten-free options at breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay!!"

"What a lovely hotel. The staff was very friendly, the hotel is very clean and the location is perfect. My daughter and I enjoyed playing the games in the lounge and she also enjoyed the experience of using the bed which comes out of a closet. :)"

"If you need English, this is probably not your hotel. But in every other way, it is an excellent day."

"Improve information regarding parking because it isn't easy to pull up to unload luggage near the hotel entrance. The parking system operates well once a client has checked-in. It is safe and secure."

"A wonderful stay for our family for 2 weeks in the French Countryside. Betty runs a wonderful hotel, with a fantastic staff and a spectacular restaurant! Great food in a stunning space, with so many natural ingredients grown on property or in the area. The Castle is old school, historic, rustic, but lovely. The grounds are stunning and special. Nathan was a brilliant manager and breakfast there is fabulous and a piece of artistry. Thank you for the wonderful stay. "
