"We were a group of 2 families consisting of 2 adults and 2 children. We were given rooms next to each other on level 2 which was perfect. No need to get in the lifts in the morning to get to the slopes. The room had everything we needed and had much more space than I thought we would get. The beds and sofa bed was comfortable as were the pillow. We never used any of the facilities on site so can't comment on those but thought the location for us was great having a children in ski school in the...

Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

"J’ai passé 3 jours à l’hôtel Alpeen et ce fut une excellente expérience. L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel attentionné et toujours disponible. La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien aménagée, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. L’hôtel est bien situé, au calme, tout en étant proche des sentiers et des activités proposées dans la station. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour été comme hiver à la montagne ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir !"
"Disappointing
I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...
"It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady."
"Sejour tres agreable de 2 nuits au sowell des Menuires ( Brelin). Accueil tres sympa, j ai adore l appart, tres bon canape lit, coin cuisine bien amenage, grande sdb avec baignoire, j avais une belle terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes. L hotel se situe en haut de la station, relie a la Croisette ( rond point des pistes, commerces, bars, resto) par un ascenseur tres pratique. "Nous ne voulons pas parler de la residence pralin mais plutot de l appartement 405 a la residence le pralin que vous osez louer avec des matelas pitoyables pleins de taches surtout pour des enfants etc...vous dites aux gens qu il y a des couettes alors que c faux ! pas de couettes pendant une semaine on aurait prefere la verité qd on vs a appelé , pas de télévision non plus malgré nos appels aussitot ou vs nous faites croire que vous allez faire quelque chose alors que c faux !!rien est fait c...
"No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!!
Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture…

"I've stayed in a few places in Meribel. This was one of the best. Rooms are quite small, but ours came with a balcony and nice bathroom. The hotel is opposite the main lifts in Meribel centre. The hotel also (and I would say unusually) has an amazing heated outdoor pool, with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi (wasnt working). Breakfast was really good as well. Compared to other 3/4*'s in Meribel, this place was good value considering all the amenities. Will try and stay again if I go back to...
