A simple hotel with a delicious breakfast, friendly staff and amazing showers! The single beds are small for adults but everything else was perfect. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location. Old chalet style in the process of renovation. Room was small but just redone, we must be the first guests. No hangers in closet yet. Good choices at breakfast. Private parking in back hard to get to. Good value for one night stay. Not a vacation spot, no extra services or amenities.

concidering it is a 2 start property, everything was good. Staff did not speak much English, but tried to be very helpfull.

Weekend skiing break
We’ve just come back from a great long weekend skiing with family and friends. The hotel is perfectly located opposite the ski lift and surrounded by lots of great restaurants and bars. The staff in the hotel were all very helpful and accommodating. The bar area is a great place to meet and relax. We will definitely look to return in the future.

Bon hôtel aux Gets
Petit hôtel sympathique avec tout le nécessaire. Il ne faut pas s'attendre au grand luxe, mais c'est un hôtel tout ce qu'il y a de convenable. Patron très accueillant et services réduit en dehors des horaires de réception, mais cela ne pose aucun problème. Hôtel propre et accueillant, je ne comprend pas certains commentaires qui ne sont absolument pas justifiés. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir

The room was filthy, the bathroom filthy. The sheets may not even have been changed on at least one of the beds and precious occupiers must have been heavy smokers as it absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, but the filth is gross.

Je vous informe que vous hotel .com vous n’avez pas le bon numéro de téléphone de l’hotel. Il est indiqué numero non attribué c’est tres déstabilisant. Je trouve pas vraiment normale que vous nous indiquiez un mauvais numero. Pour l’hotel la reception "chech in" est un peu aléatoire vu l’Entrée de l’hotel sur le côté sinon tout le personnel est vraiment tres sympathique et à notre ecoute. Un petit bemol sur la moquette de la chambre mais sinon chauffage, point de vue et salle de bain propre et tres agreable J’y retournerai

Malencontreusement, hotel.com pour 2 x 1 personne, nous a inscrit dans 2x des chambres doubles communicantes pour chacune 4 personnes. Que s'est-il passé ? Les coûts étaient ainsi doublés.

Ok but.....wouldn't return
location is fab. Centre of Les Gets. Near telecabines, bus stop, car parking at back ...BUT.. my mistake but expected coffee/tea to be available at that the bar would be open during the day. As a non skier I fancied chilling with my book on occasion. Beds comfy. Bathroom basic. No shower just a handheld thing (probably my mistake again). Very small, 3 steep flights of stairs, difficult with bags

Great location. Rooms clean though not cleaned properly on a daily basis. Towels and bedding of reasonable quality. Rooms very basic. Breakfast adequate but not topped up as quickly as it should have been. Quite expensive for what we got. Reception staff excellent.

Location is brilliant, centre of Les Gets & only a 2 minute walk from ski lift, shops & restaurants. Rooms are quite small & basic but clean. Would definitely stay again

Les Gets skiing
Excellent location, close to everything. Front of hotel and reception area are lovely, our room decor and furnishings were very tired but was ok. Staff were very friendly.

Les chambres sont mal insonorisées. Les salles de bains de 3eme étage sont à déconseiller au grand car elles sont mensardées . Attention à la mauvais e surprise pour le parking celui-ci vous sera facturé 10 euro par jour alors que c'est indiqué nul part !

Chalet Regina is fine but basic
Chalet Regina is fine - the room is clean and the staff and friendly. But it lacks some of the basics that we've had in other similarly priced rooms. No kettle to make a cup of tea (we have stayed in two other similar Chalets in Les Gets & always been able to make tea). No fridge for drinks, no safe. The quad room was very small and we only had 3 so we were always on top of each other. It is noisy at night - music playing until late from downstairs (take earplugs). Is in a good location, very central. We tried it but will probably go back to one of the previous Chalets next time.

Nous avons passé deux nuits à l'hôtel (une seule a été comptabilisé sur notre compteur Hotel.com...) Séjour très agréable car la neige était abondante et fraiche. Peu de monde sur les pistes. hôtel très bien situé à 100m des remontées principales. Par contre l'intérieur de l'hôtel laisse à désirer : très mauvaise isolation. Heureusement, les nuits ont été calmes. Matelas du clic clac usé. Le sauna n'était pas disponible.

Excellent location
Very well situated in the centre of les gets. Rooms are small and basic, but clean.Lots of hot water and good power on shower. Breakfast very good with lots of choice. Wine a bit on the pricey side.

Great Boarding trips with the Lads
We had a great short stay here. Staff were friendly an accommodating. The Rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel is well located in the centre of Les Gets, with only a 100m (ish) walk to the ski lifts. Just the ticket for short ski/boarding break.
