"Great hotel. Enjoyed my stay there. Front desk staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good."

"We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"

"Beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the street and the parisian rooftops (there's only 2 of these in the hotel for solo travelers). Well kept and very helpful staff. Sometimes traffic is a little loud, but I am a light sleeper (would not let this deter you from staying here). Would definitely stay here again"

"I loved the location of the hotel. It was very central and easy to get to the subway station. The room was a bit small for two people with 2 luggages and 2 book bags however the front desk supplied us with luggage racks. Another thing that customers should know is that some of the rooms the bathrooms have tubs which are a bit steep and challenging to get into especially if you are older. I had a wonderful stay and recommend this hotel ."

It was good to have fresh fruit rather than the usual fruit salad found in many Parisian hotels. Staff were helpful and listened to any concerns. Air con in room. " This hotel sits back from a side street located one block from Kléber Avenue. This made an extremely quiet stay! There was a small parking lot directly in front of the hotel doors. Check-in was easy. We were up graded by management to a larger room because we are Expedia gold members. We thought our room was spacious compared to other EU hotels we have stayed in. "Immaculately clean hotel. My only dissatisfaction was that our initially room had a bathroom sink that was leaking upon our arrival. This should have been caught by hotel staff ahead of our arrival. We were given a new room promptly with an offer to help us repack & move. Otherwise a great hotel in a great neighborhood."
