"Location, Clean room, Breakfast, staff"

"We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"

"I would not stay at this property again. The rooms were very small. I had to put one of our 2 large suitcases in the bathroom. The walls were thin so you could hear noise from other rooms and from the bar outside the hotel. We were on the fifth floor. We had a problem with the room being cold and we’re told that the heat is turned off this time of year. The room was not well lit. Lighting was an issue. "The room was so small and smelled so bad during our entire stay where I couldn’t get enough rest. I had to leave the windows open while it was super cold outside because of a strong sewer smell. "

"I loved the location of the hotel. It was very central and easy to get to the subway station. The room was a bit small for two people with 2 luggages and 2 book bags however the front desk supplied us with luggage racks. Another thing that customers should know is that some of the rooms the bathrooms have tubs which are a bit steep and challenging to get into especially if you are older. I had a wonderful stay and recommend this hotel ."

"Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and daily housekeeping. Breakfast room was lovely and plenty of choice. It was good to have fresh fruit rather than the usual fruit salad found in many Parisian hotels. Staff were helpful and listened to any concerns. Air con in room.
