"The apartment was well stocked with everything you need to stay the night and cook a quick meal. The staff were very helpful and had recommendations for a local grocery store nearby with a good selection of local cheeses and charcuteries. The only downside is that is there is no air-conditioning, but they do provide a fan and the rooms face onto a private courtyard so you can leave windows open to cool off the room in the evening."

"We came in the summer and loved Chamonix. This hotel was in a very good location and had a nice sized room with views of the mountains (although also right on the parking lot and another hotel so not super private). It is a cozy, lovely place- I imagine really nice in the winter. The entire place is a little run down- old carpets in the halls, and old, outdated feel. I found this charming, but also recognize some people may not like the rustic cozy feel."

"We were pleasantly surprised to see the bus from Chamonix stop right in front of the hotel. The manager who checked us in was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The price for the breakfast buffet was the most reasonable of our trip, and while we did not have dinner in the restaurant, it did smell good and was busy. There is a market nearby and the main part of town is just a 20 minute walk away, where the official start of the TMB, the Tour du Mont Blanc is.
