"Beautiful well kept hotel with true 5 star service. Rooms are beautifully decorated and a good size. The indoor pool is nice but they should have a sign that says it is a quiet pool as we were told off by staff that we were being too loud. Aside from this incident, the breakfast was nice and varied, check in and check out was smooth."

"Une chambre sans climatisation en pleine semaine de canicule. Une chaleur horrible dans la chambre, même les draps et le mobilier étaient chaud!! Nous n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit. La petite fenêtre permettait à peine de mettre la tête à l’extérieur où la température pendant la nuit était bien meilleure!! Sinon chambre propre et lit confortable. Petit déjeuner correct également. Bon emplacement. Peut être une bonne adresse en dehors de l’été!"

"Le personnel est sympa, les chambres sont propres et bien équipées, et l'hôtel est à moins de 10mins à pied du château. Par contre pour dormir c'est difficile à cause des fenêtres fines qui laissent passer tout le bruit, le lit et oreillers sont dures, et les rideaux laissent passer de la lumière. Finalement, l'annonce n'indique pas la tarif supplémentaire et réservation nécessaire pour le parking. "

"We arrived hot and tired after a long drive.. Blois Novotel was a welcome relief. Reception was helpful and smiley... plus the air con a delight! And the gated outdoor car park and secure bike store were exactly right. Rooms very clean and 'fit for purpose', comfortable bed good sheets. The hotel was everything we needed !! Also very quiet."

"I had chosen this hotel as it was close to the train station and was one of the few in Blois that had an elevator. When I arrived, I was informed the elevator was out of service (and apparently there was no plan to have it repaired.) I asked if the Hotel St. Jacques which was a few buildings away had an elevator, and the receptionist grudgingly called them. "Hôtel simple et pratique"

"This hotel is located a bit outside of Blois in a rather commercial area, and thus had limited options for dining. We went in to town to do so and look at the Chateau. The room is your basic chain room. I would not hesitate to stay the night there again while traveling through, though it i not the place for multiple nights if you plan to stay in the room."
