"We arrived at the hotel and were given a room with no air con and no way of opening the window. We were told that the hotel does not provide air con and it is on its winter setting despite us visiting in April and it being above 20 outside. If you want air con don’t expect it despite them advertising the hotel as having it. Eventually, after complaining, we were upgraded to a room where you could open a window which we were satisfied with.
The cleaning was quite poor, we were left with no soap...

Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment.
The cleanliness was not up to standard we had to go downstairs every single day to request our room to be cleaned. The bathroom had issues as well: the tub would fill with water while showering, and the sink was leaking (both were eventually fixed after we reported them).
The overall condition of the hotel feels quite run down. The hallways had an unpleasant smell, and the general upkeep just isn’t what you’d expect from a Marriott...

"The hotel is unique it is small in size but big on charm,friendliness, and quality.
The breakfast is cooked to order and set in a nice garden view room.
