"Room 233 should not be occupied by anyone taller than 5' in height. I twice hit my head on the ceiling that slopes into the room by nearly 4 feet. Otherwise, we loved our stay. The location is perfect, parking is immediately next door, and the room and bath were well-appointed. Breakfast was ample. My best to Christine for her assistance before our arrival. "

"Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly, without them the rating would have been lower. The room was basic and tired. Standard continental breakfast was acceptable. Overall the property was in need of some paint and TLC. Loved the hard working staff and made to feel very welcome premises had all the basics but need some upgrades."

"Really easy to get to from the train station (I arrived late in the evening). Staff immensely helpful and the room was clean, quiet and a good temperature. Close to all the good bits of Annecy. Recommend the breakfast as well. "
