"The property itself is nice. However not cleaned very well, cobwebs all over and was very dusty. The riverfront and the area is very peaceful. And the semi private courtyard is nice. Also close by several metro stations, restaurants, and markets. Easy for uber drop and pickup. The address listed on Expedia is not correct. However, communication was horrible. They advertise many amenities offered, such as extra towels, or cleaning supplies. However we never got towels delivered until the night...

"The hotel is dated but very accessible. Location is perfect and convenient for getting around. The facility needs a modern uplift but the beds (at least in my room) was super comfortable."

"The room was more like a studio apartment, which was one of the few positives.It was clean with basic essentials. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor, especially regarding the €90 deposit. At check-in, I was told the deposit had to be paid by credit card only. This was not clearly stated in the booking policy. I only had debit cards, so I had no choice but to pay with it. I did not have breakfast because €12.50 per person was not worth the price.The selection was basic:...

"Loved the village. We went for Disney but spent time in the village in the AM, it is really lovely. The apartment is so perfect, it has A/C and parking in the front. The beds were comfortable and lots of pillows! Spacious and the best one we stayed in for our 3 weeks in France."

I would highly recommend following the check-in process accurately and doing this well in advance of actual check-in, communication wasn't always the easiest which lead to delays but we also did not check in 24 hours in advance, as recommended.
