"Beautiful updated room very convenient to the airport with the shuttle. Would’ve loved to have had luggage racks and a bathtub. Great restaurant downstairs, but was very loud. Must’ve been the FIFA, but I assume it was always loud like that. The continental breakfast was OK but could use a little more selections. Only bagels for the options would have loved to have had toast but other than that great location excellent service, clean and quiet."

"The room is clean and is cleaned every 2 days but you can request to clean your room if needed. Staff are courteous and knows what they are doing. However, breakfast staff slams the plates and silverwares when cleaning the breakfast area that makes it annoying for people who are still eating. Breakfast only consists of carbohydrates. Breads, porridge and cereals. It was advertised as free continental breakfast but you have to pay if you want proteins - like eggs, bacon and sausage."

"We enjoyed our stay - one night. Loved being in the hub of Port Credit. The room was beautiful - view of the marina and lake (past the parking lot) but always a great sight. We've stayed here before and it never disappoints. It's a shame that they never reopened the restaurant and found a way to make that work. It is such a great addition to the hotel. Our only complaint is that we find some of the front desks that can be a little crusty. But we laughed them off and enjoyed our stay."
