"Scrub Island is a top tier resort with beautiful amenities and amazing customer service from the time your flight lands, the ferry arrives to the dock, the check-in was flawless-even making sure our rooms were ready on time based on our arrival. Every staff member went above and beyond!"

"Over all very dated resort. All of pressure to attend a time-share presentation from the moment of check in. Although we had an all inclusive package we had to sign a invoice anytime we ordered something, even a bottle of water. Despite the fact that you can not drink sink water it was often an issue if we needed several bottles of water. 3/5 experience at best. Some staff were amazing and others were exceptionally rude."
