"Our stay was okay. I specifically picked this hotel because it said there were cribs. There are not cribs. We showed up at 8pl ready to put the baby down and were informed that they only have playpens. The staff at best western are very kind. They said it was a problem on Expedia’s end. I was very disappointed. The room was nice but we were by the stairwell door and it was SO LOUD every time it opened and closed. The heater was also loud. All of it made for a very long night with a sick infant....

"Thank you for your hospitality on the recent stay.
This hotel is a good motor hotel - quick and easy access, limited parking, and a decent price competitvely. This is not a newer hotel and thus has a vintage feel and decor.
The rooms were clean, towels supply excellent, sheets and pillows clean but the pillows were half pillows. Fridge and microwave and coffee .
Toilets were LOW and bathroom was very tight.
The carpet in our room was disturbing a little as there were definately large...
