I can imagine how frustrating not being able to check in early must have been. Although we will always do our best to accommodate guest requests, in this case for an early arrival, unfortunately it is not always possible to. The night prior to your arrival was a sold out night and our housekeeping staff was doing their best to get rooms done by check in time which is 4pm.Your satisfaction is important to us and once again I apologize for falling short of meeting your expectations.
