"Wonderful stay! The only downfall was not being clearly labeled and visible from the street. I would not have guessed that we would have to enter a door that was labeled as a restaurant. To have to take another “loop” around the block, takes so long because it can’t actually be around one block, to almost miss it again, but thank God I could just back up that time. Would definitely stay again and now that I know, I know how and where to check in."

"Hotel was conveniently located near a BART station. Fun interior and the game floor has a photo booth. Only complaint about the room was the two windows looked into the opposite hotel room across the way. Could not have the blinds open so no natural light."

Some staff were very nice and there were a couple who treated you like you were being a bother And the television didn’t work as well very hard to catch the bees when it keep stopping And my room view was a wall Not a view at all !"

"The room was clean, but small and the walls were so thin that you could hear everything! The TV seemed to be stuck in demo mode so you had to deal with pop ups. The wifi was decent although it slowed down in the mornings. The breakfast was basic but free!"

First, we were not aware that we would have to pay for parking which was about $35 for the night, and the closest parking garage was a six minute walk from the hotel. Café et quelques viennoiseries vraiment rien d'extraordinaire... Et très peu de place pour manger .. Parking marqué comme en libre service comprenais que cela signifie payant et avec réservation. 😂 Bref Expedia ne rends clairement pas service a cette établissement... Pareil salle de sport oui mais pas dans le même bâtiment .. tout...

"I loved my stay, the staff was super helpful (cleaning staff.) It was a decently sized room with a bay window and such a cute aesthetic. I was able to reach out to customer service easily, and had very few issues. The proximity to Dolores park and being able to uber everywhere was also a plus. Only downside is the drug abuse happening on the street but that’s pretty much every downtown."
