Hotel Victoria Lauberhorn Wengen, a Faern Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Such a great experience staying at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, staff were very professional, welcoming, kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back! 10/10"
"Great location and great staff in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Was a little warm in the days we were there and central AC or even a mini split AC unit would have gone a long way but still an awesome time!"
"Wonderful location and a beautiful old-style ski-resort hotel. The views are stunning. Only a 4 minute walk from the train station. We would recommend this hotel with only one caveat...there is no AC and it was very hot in mid-June. (We had to sleep with windows open which let in a couple of flies that bugged us all night!) I hate to think what it would be like in August. Lovely staff and nice meal with an incredible view"
"The hotel itself was very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Super convenient for train access. Wengen itself is a great base station for exploring the Jungfrqu region and I would recommend the Hotel Silberhorn as a good place to stay. The breakfast buffet had a good selection to get your day started. The restaurant for lunch/dinner had very few options on the menu, and then there was a specialty fondue night and they didn't serve anything else but fondue. The menu is very limited so we ate elsewhere most days. The bar was never staffed that we saw so we went elsewhere for drinks as well."
"This was our favorite hotel of our 9-day Switzerland trip. Excellent location about a 5-minute walk from Wengen train station. Staff are warm and helpful. Great amenities like the water bottle refill stations and the always-available coffee machine, live music two nights per week, and in-house bar with great vibes. But my favorite was the spa! Huge sauna, steam room, and pool which I took advantage of daily. I had excellent spa treatments from Anna Mari, who was so friendly and professional throughout each service.
Our room was well appointed and much larger than it looked in photos. Private balcony with mountain views, in-room water kettle and coffee machine, plus a bath/shower combo. Beds were very comfy so we slept well each night. The daily breakfast was great quality with a very large buffet to suit any traveler's tastes—fresh eggs, bacon, sausage, espresso machines, pancakes, cheeses, yogurts, etc.
Would absolutely recommend and stay again!"
