"The hotel was excellent. Parking can be an issue if you arrive late. The rooms were basic but clean and well maintained. Our bathroom was tight but functional. Breakfast was excellent with an amazing selection. The beer/wine honor refrigerator was great feature."

"A hotel with the best view. Just a few stops from the city of Innsbruck, this is the best hotel in the area. You wake up with the best mountain view. The staff are also helpful."

"This charming hotel near the castle was one of the highlights of our trip! The atmosphere was so quaint and welcoming, giving us the perfect Bavarian experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful selection of fresh and local offerings to start each day. The location could not have been better—just a short walk to the castle tours, making it easy to enjoy one of Germany’s most iconic landmarks. We also loved being within walking distance of the lake, the breathtaking mountain views, and the delightful local shops. The entire area had such a fun and inviting vibe, and the hotel was the perfect place to relax and take it all in. Between the beautiful scenery, convenient location, and warm hospitality, our stay was incredibly enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again!"

"Bus stopped outside hotel from airport, close to city centre and train station was at the end of road. Good breakfast hot and cold food, clean room and bathroom. Good views from hotel room."

"The hotel and view from the hotel are beautiful! Upon check-in, I was told that breakfast was on the 12th floor and given an information packet. The first morning of my stay I had a small breakfast from the buffet and gave the man my room number with no problem. The second day I had a small breakfast (a couple pieces of fruit, vegetables, and eggs). When the woman came to get my room number after I had already started eating, she told me breakfast was not included for me and it would be 25 euros. I explained that I was not informed of that the day before and she asked "are you sure?" multiple times. I was then charged for the breakfast which was definitely not worth the cost, especially considering the cost of the stay. Though 25 euros is not a large cost, it's disappointing they are not upfront about it and only told me after it was too late for me to get a better breakfast elsewhere."

"The hotel was really relaxed and the size and temperature of the pool excellent. My fault, I did not note the rooms did not have AC and it was very hot. However, reception were helpful and provided fans which we really appreciated. The location was peaceful and we did not notice the sound of the trains. Our youngest struggled with the food a little but overall, the hotel is truly excellent and staff helpful."
