Missing some basic necessities for a hotel such shampoo and conditioner (small bottle of 3-in-1) Front desk closes early so if you don’t get a request in early you are out out of luck. The town itself is very beautiful, the location of the hotel was great, and everything is walkable. Hotel is close in proximity to the local bus routes which made accessibility to neighboring towns very easy. "

"the room was clean, the staff was friendly and everything was in the room that I needed. I did pick this hotel as it advertised a gym, however there was no free weights in the gym and only 3 pieces of equipment (maybe 4) so I had to go to a gym in soelden still. I may have stayed in another hotel if I had realised how sparse the gym was. A single bench and some free weights up to 50 lbs would have been adequate to avoid this and would have allowed me to give it more stars."

"We reached hotel and we have been told that the lift is working and after carrying our trolley bags to a different building through a tunnel , we got to know that the lift has not been repaired. We had to carry our suitcase to the top 2nd floor via stairs and no support was provided to provide accommodation in the building near to reception.
