"Staff were very responsive and very easy to contact on the reception and room tablets. We arrived before our room was ready. Our luggage was securely stored and placed in our room for us when the room was ready. We waited in the lounge where complimentary pastries and drinks are available until we had an email telling us the room was ready. The pastries are really good. Our room was very modern. "Everything was exactly as pictured and expected. Fabulous location, decently comfortable bed, clean. Excellent communication and check in. Just a couple of small, cheap suggestions 1) please fill the salt and pepper shakers 2) a shelf by the bathroom sink for toothbrushes would be helpful as well as a shelf or basket of sorts in the shower would be helpful for guests who prefer their own toiletries. Would definitely stay again."

"The location is good and the apartment was well laid out and efficient. We booked this instead of a hotel because the apartment offered laundry. However our machine smelled of burned rubber and left the smell in the clothes. We were there during summer and needed to open the windows. We were directly over trash and recycle bins which were quite loud as the bars dumped their bottles at the end of the night."
