The concierge staff made our stay a pleasure, especially Avi and Ya'el. They were both so attentive in helping us find our way around Tel Aviv. I appreciate how clean, well-maintained and open the hotel was. I felt so pampered, from the bed linens down to the shower products. The breakfast that was included was delicious. "Upon arriving at the hostel, I was quickly checked in and allocated a large dormentry room on the second floor, I was handed sheets and a towel, I was able to choose my bed as I checked in early. When I entered the room I saw it was on suite and also after I choose my bunkbed there was a large draw underneath my bed. The room was air-conditioned and had a lounge area for you to sit and relax or work on your laptop. Adjacent to the room outside there was further showers and toilets and sinks !...

"The hotel location is amazing. I used to live in the area, so I know it well. It’s close walking distance to buses, the light rail, Florentin, Neve Tsedek, and the Jaffa beach and Shuk. I felt very safe returning alone at night as a woman. Just use the usual precautions. I have back issues, and the bed was very comfortable. Good water pressure. Nice ambience. Everything was clean when I arrived. The service was wonderful. They were responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They...
