"Amazing service! Very friendly and accommodating! So so so quiet! I never heard one peep from the hallway or other rooms. The breakfast is amazing. Really nice rooms. The pool was the only disappointment. It’s tiny. "

"Location, location, location..."

"The staff was excellent, I want to point that out first and foremost from the valet to the front desk. However, the bed was hard, the pillows were harder, and the A/C unit made a loud knocking/clicking noise for 20 seconds every time the unit cycled. Also, the phone in the room did not work, so I couldn’t call the front desk, etc. I was exhausted when I got back to the room at 11PM (me and my wife were there for a sports event) and didn’t have the energy to address the phone/super loud knocking from the A/C. We slept a very restless night, checked out and went home. For $252.00 for one night I expect a lot more comfort and amenities in a room. Unfortunately next time we are in St. Louis for the night or a few days (which is 4-5 times a year) we will not be staying here. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone with a price tag that high, the quality was of a super 8 with the price tag of a four seasons."

"Assistant manager checked us in. He was 100/10, so helpful and incredibly friendly. Hotel is clean, staff all were wonderful, and breakfast/happy hour was awesome. "

"Check in was easy and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold foodsz juices and coffee. They have nightly snacks and drink options from 5-7pm that were pretty good. Everything was clean and maintained. The restaurant that's attached to the hotel offers shuttles to different areas if you dine with them which was helpful for the ballgame. The parking was a little confusing at first, there is a parking garage but you have to have your room key to enter. We did not utilize the pool area but it did have a decent indoor pool. I would stay again."

"You must increase access areas to the casino for guests of Hotel Lumineres. I use a cane and my wife has to use a wheelchair. Having to walk all the way around to the current and only entrance is a challenge for the hotel guests. It seems you have to stay at the four seasons hotel to deserve easy access to the casino and $500+. a night there is rediculous. Putting some benches along the long walk around would help a little. Love the hotel and grounds, clean and staff helpful and friendly. Casino restaurants have well trained and friendly staff. The matradee to Gordon Ramsey was stuck up and non welcoming. Tall ,thin ,white, brown or blonde hair if a recall. He was the staff opening the door, greeting guests at the entrance to the Four Seasons. Great visit overall, will be back even though it's a 4.5 hour drive. Please staff another entrance to the casino near the elevator to Hotel Lumineres or add some seating along the long walk around for elderly or challenged guests. As far as the casino goes, need to improve ventilation, when it gets busy, air quality gets "thick". The House won this trip,, lol. We'll see you next time."
